Children play through quests in the game. Each quest is a 10-question set in one domain — Operations, Algebra, Geometry, Time, Money, Measurement, or Statistics. A quest is passed at 70% or higher, which is the same threshold the castle uses for realm unlocks.
The adaptive learning system watches which questions your child answers correctly and which they miss, then picks the next batch of questions to match their actual level — not too easy, not too hard.
When your child gets a question wrong, Knight Mathbot explains the answer in age-appropriate language with a visual. This is where most of the learning happens — review explanations matter as much as the question itself.
Adaptive assessments are mixed-domain check-ins that place your child on the right level across every domain. The first one runs after a few quests; subsequent ones can be triggered from the home-screen "Update placement" card. Results power the training roadmap (below).
